You do not have to respond to an offer immediately. You can reply at any time at your own convenience. However, have in mind that the offer has an expiration date set by the partner. Also, the reservations are handled on a first come, first served basis so it there is an overwhelming response to a certain offer, the partner might close (cancel) the offer to stop any further reservations. |

Do I have to be in country to accept an offer? |

No, you may respond from anywhere you might be. |

How do I re-activate my account? |
|
You will have to log in the website and reactivate your account from within your profile. |

How do I register? |
|
You can register by completing the registration form in our website. When you complete and submit the form you will become an inactive member. In order to finish registration, you will have to respond to the activation sms that you will shortly receive. |

How do I stop receiving any more offers? |
If you are getting overwhelmed by offers. • You should try modifying your profile and adjusting the maximum number of sms per month to a more agreeable number. The system default is infinite number of sms per month. If you want to stop receiving offers altogether. • You can deactivate your membership though your web profile. You can always reactivate your account in the same manner. |

How is my credit card information used? |
|
The only time your credit card information is used is when you accept an offer and the partner (the hotel) completes your reservation in their system. It is then visible to the partner and it is no different that making a reservation over the telephone or any other method. The partner will require credit card information to complete the reservation. Not even the system administrators can see your credit card information. At the time you show up to claim the offer you might opt to pay through a different channel. |

I do not get the activation confirmation message. |
|
The most common reason for not receiving an activation message is the submission of a wrong mobile telephone no. If you have not received the activation message, wait for a while. If the problem persists after 30 minutes, then let us know through a message in the website. |

I have a confirmed reservation. What else do I have to |
|
Nothing. All is well and the only thing you have to do is show up at the right day. |

I receive no offers on my phone. |
This could be due to a number of reasons. • Verify that your account is active. You can do this via our website. If your account is not active then activate it through the website. • Verify that in your profile, the number of sms allowed per month is not zero, or any other small number. This option will block all offers to you for a given month, above that number. • Verify that in your profile you do not have a strange room type / view type combination. Currently the system is performing an exact match of the available offers to these parameters and will only include you if the match is successful.

I receive partial sms messages. |
|
This is a known problem with certain makes and models of cellular phones. We are working on this issue and we hope that it will be resolved soon. |

I respond to an offer but I do not get a confirmation. |
If you get an error message instead of a confirmation • Did you respond correctly to the offer? In order to successfully make a reservation you have to respond only with the numeric code associated with your response. Any deviation from that will yield an error message. See here for the list of system messages. (hyperlink) If you do not receive any response at all. • Contact us. The system should respond to all messages it receives. |

What do I do when I receive an activation message? |

If you have received the activation message from the system then reply with “0000” without the quotes. |

What do I have to do if I do not want to accept an offer? |

If you receive an offer that is not to your liking, then by all means ignore it. You do not have to do anything. |

Who has access to my personal information? |

The personal information that the system uses (other than credit card information), such as mobile phone number and address, is visible to the partner (the hotel) during the completion of the reservation. It is also visible to the system administrator. |

There are no additional charges per sms. All sms will be charged by your telephone company the same way as all other. |
